Shipping Information

• All items are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.
• Shipping Schedule: We ship Monday through Saturday.
• Delivery Time: For USA orders, no more than 14 business days from date of order. Usually less. Orders placed near the Christmas holiday may be delayed.

Shipping Liability

• Tracking Information: Tracking is provided on all orders, and tracking details are provided via email. If you do not receive a tracking message, then please check your spam folder.
• Lost or Delayed Packages: After packages are shipped from the factory, it then becomes the responsibility of the carrier service to deliver them safely to their destinations. Please get in touch with UPS or USPS as appropriate for assistance if your package has been shipped but is delayed.

Tracking Information:

• Tracking information is sent to the email address on file with PayPal.
• Important: Please check your SPAM/Junk folders before inquiring about your tracking details.
