Exceptions to Our Return Policy
Some items, due to their nature, can’t be returned. This includes perishable goods (like food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). Order Cancellations & Refunds
- All sales are charged in real-time. If you placed an incorrect order or changed your mind, you may request a cancellation and refund before shipping.
- Refund Deductions:
- Refunds are subject to a 6% deduction due to non-recoverable bank processing fees associated with Credit/Debit Card charges.
- When a charge is processed, Visa, Mastercard, and payment networks retain their processing fees, which are not refunded to us. The 2.9% +$0.30 bank fees are non-refundable.
