Warranty & Return Policy

All products manufactured by DBK Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from receipt.

UNOPENED Box Returns

If you return your order in its original, unopened, and factory-sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery, DBK Products offers a refund of the purchase price + original shipping cost.

OPENED Box Returns

If the packaging has been opened or the seal broken, the item is considered “Open Box.”

We do offer a refund within 14 days of delivery for open box returns. Refund amount will be purchase price + original shipping, minus a 20% restocking fee.

General Terms

Return Shipping: For non-defective items, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and should use a trackable service.
Defects: Items found to be defective in materials or workmanship within our 90-day warranty period will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the buyer.
